Balanced dog training means we teach your dog using a mix of rewards and gentle corrections, so they learn what behaviors are expected in real-life situations.
First, we show your dog exactly what we want using positive reinforcement—things like treats, praise, play, and affection. Once your dog understands the command, we introduce fair, appropriate corrections to help them make better choices and stop unwanted behaviors.

initial Consultation - $150
Our initial consultation begins with a 30-minute conversation with you and your family to discuss the concerns or challenges that brought you to us. During this time, we’ll clarify your goals, set expectations, and walk you through Good Neighbor Canine Co.’s balanced training methodology.
Next, we move into a 1-hour, hands-on training session.
This is where we work directly with you and your dog to observe behaviors, identify specific needs, and start developing a comprehensive, personalized training plan tailored to your goals.
